Since graduating in 2010 with a degree in Music, Composition and Technology he has been nothing but a production 'machine'. He is a genre chameleon, often juggling multiple moods and vibes simultaneously, Tom is skilled topline writer who understands that key message for any song, and with the added strength as a multi-instrumentalist, he is a powerful and spontaneous idea generator, often over delivering on briefs with quantity ahead of deadlines. With a background in military he is a disciplined multi-instrumentalist having served in the Band and Bugles of the Rifles. He is also a music university graduate where he honed on his technological skills. This supported his natural writing and performance gift that ultimately led to becoming an award winning composer, with thousands of well known syncs in reality tv, sports coverage, games, fitness apps and action trailers. Because of his background he is confident at delivering high quality work, promptly, and a keen to put in the extra time. Jonny thrives for a deadline and loves bespoke briefs. Lee brings his academic background to the team with his ability to self assess, his attention to time on task, he can dynamically collaborate as both team member and project manager, and enthuse ideas from conception to completion. He has a wealth of experience playing in bands across many niche and sometimes experimental genres, and also has a history recording and producing artists and bands. By combining the best of both analogue and digital worlds his studio is a playground of valve hardware, cool synths, guitar pedals, weird gadgets, vintage drums and classic microphones that breed creativity to any visitor
